See the room staged four ways, then pick one

We stage one of your listing photos in two to four styles. You choose the look, and we stage every room to match. For listing agents, sellers and builders.

ModernClean lines, a slatted headboard, one wide piece of art and black metal.
TraditionalAn upholstered wingback headboard, matched lamps, paired art and wainscoting.
CoastalPale wood, white bedding, blue accents and a light, open window.
MinimalA low bed, one bench, no lamps or art. The room itself does the work.

Illustration, not a client photo One bedroom drawn four ways for this site. A real preview uses your listing photo.

Why preview before staging

Most staging goes wrong at the start: someone picks a style in their head, the whole listing gets staged, and then the seller dislikes it or the look doesn't suit the house. Changing ten rooms after the fact costs time and money. A preview fixes that. You see one room in a few styles side by side, pick the one that suits the house and the buyer, and only then do the rest.

It also settles disagreements. When a seller, an agent and a builder's marketing person all have opinions, a page of options is easier to decide on than a conversation about taste.

Label staged photos. A staged photo shows furniture that won't be in the house. Mark staged photos as staged, keep the empty original, and check your MLS rules before uploading. Many listing services and brokerages set their own requirements.

What to send

  • The listing photos at full size from the photographer, not a compressed MLS copy
  • Which rooms to preview, and what each room should be used for
  • The styles you want to compare, or "show us what you'd suggest"
  • Who you expect to buy: first-time buyers, a family, downsizers, investors
  • Whether the seller or a builder has to approve the choice, and by when
  • The date the listing goes live

Where we work

Work is delivered remotely, with calls in Eastern time. We focus on three markets: Orlando, Philadelphia and Detroit.

Common questions

How much does a style preview cost?

It depends on the room and how many styles you want. Previews are usually ordered together with full staging, and the quote shows both. We send it in writing after seeing your photo.

Can we preview more than one room?

Yes, though one room is usually enough to choose. Pick the room buyers will see first, often the living room or the primary bedroom.

Do I have to tell buyers the photos are staged?

Yes. Label staged photos and keep the empty originals. Your MLS or brokerage may have its own rule, so check it before uploading.

Are the images on this site real listings?

No. The drawings are illustrations made for this site, and the photoreal images are AI-generated samples, each one labeled. We never show client work without permission.

Not sure which style fits? Send one listing photo and ask for a preview in two or three styles. We'll reply with a written quote.
